Lyon Christmas Market: a festive winter village in the Presqu’île
The Lyon Christmas Market 2025 will take place from 22 November to 24 December on Place Carnot, right in the heart of the Presqu’île.
You’ll find around one hundred chalets run by artisans and local producers: Christmas decorations, regional delicacies (candied chestnuts, honey, foie gras), wooden toys, and much more.
The atmosphere is both warm and community-minded, with storytelling sessions, concerts and stands run by local associations.
The market is open every day, with extended hours on certain evenings: Monday to Thursday from 11am to 8pm, Fridays and Saturdays until 10pm, and Sundays from 10:30am to 8pm.
